Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the most frequently asked questions
about our signature program
1. What if I want to take your programs
but my partner doesn't?
It only takes one person to improve a marriage...
and finances. If our program appeals
to you and not to your partner, we encourage you to come on
board anyway. The fee remains the same as the per couple price.
That way, your partner can join you at any time throughout
the course of the program. He/she may start to notice some
positive shifts happening and decide they want to join you.
2. I (and/or my partner) don't want
to share our private information in a public program such
as this. Can you help us?
You will never be asked to share anything in
public that you do not want to. Each of the 12 lessons in
our Webinar format is designed
for you to get exceptional value applying what we teach. In
addition, whenever you need support for challenges that you
want to keep private, you have the added value of PRIVATE
one-on-one coaching via our weekly coaching hotline, PLUS
private email coaching (for the first ten participants only).
3. Is this program only for married
couples?
Our program is
open to all committed couples, married or otherwise. We recommend
that couples participate together for optimal results. If
you are currently dating and thinking about marriage, this
would be a great time for you and your partner to take this
program.
4. What's
the difference between coaching and therapy?
Developmental coaching forms part of our program.
We want to make it clear that coaching is not therapy. Therapy
focuses on the past and healing hurts and wounds rooted in
childhood. Coaching assists functional couples to be more
functional. Coaching assumes you are both healthy and whole.
Therapy focuses on feelings and exploring the root of problems.
Coaching focuses on actions, the future and solving problems.
5. What exactly is a Webinar?
A Webinar is a seminar conducted via the world
wide web. You'll receive a special link where you download
our software onto your computer. Then, each week, you log
into the Webinar software program and we'll guide you through
each lesson. You'll have plenty opportunity to interact with
us (and your fellow participants) via live textchat and webcam.
You have the option of participating in the audio portion
via your regular phone line, or via our Webinar software program
using your computer microphone (see next question).
6. Is there any special equipment I
need to get?
Your computer and telephone
are minimum requirements. PC's are preferable
as our Webinar software may not be compatible with Macs. High
speed internet connection is best for optimal results.
You can use VOIP to access the audio part (instead of your
regular phone) via our special Webinar software. In that case,
you'll need a microphone and speakers.
The best type of microphone for you and your partner to share
would be a desktop free-standing mic or a webcam with a built-in
mic. A webcam is optional (recommended).
7. Will we receive anything physical
in the mail?
The contents of this program are all virtual.
That is, downloadable via the internet and accessible via
phone and our Webinar software. We'll give you a link to access
everything you need. If you prefer not to print out your two
copies of the 150 page guidebook, you have the option of upgrading
to the physical workbook for an additional fee of $100. Just
check this option on the order form.
8.
How do I know that my online payment is SECURE?
ALWAYS
look for these TWO signs when ordering over the internet:
(1)
This
padlock symbol
at the bottom right of your browser for Internet Explorer
users, OR the little key
for Netscape users. (Firefox users also have a little
golden padlock at the end of the link and at the bottom right
of the screen. PLUS
(2)
The address bar at the top of your browser should start with
"https://" like this:
--- The "s" stands for Secure!
Now
you know! And you can look for these two signs any time you
place orders over the internet to feel safe that your
credit card information is securely protected! You'll
see these two signs (padlock or key and https) on the page
where you enter your credit card details.
